Higurashi When They Cry Hou Ch.8 Matsuribayashi takes place in the village of Hinamizawa, in Japan. The town holds onto a secret, where every year 'something' happens. For the past 4 years, someone has died, and someone else has gone missing. The missing reports seem to be connected to the local resistance against a now-abandoned dam construction project. The mystery follows authority cover-ups, conspiracy, murder, and maybe even a curse.
Higurashi When They Cry Hou Ch.8 Matsuribayashi is the final conclusion and wraps up the story for Rika, Keiichi, and the rest of the group.
